I agree to Ashby 20 terms & conditions, which include details of my cancellation rights. I understand Ashby 20 organisers reserve the right to delay, postpone, cancel, or not officially time the race in the event of adverse weather conditions or other events outside Ashby 20 organisers control. The determination of what constitutes this is reserved solely to Ashby 20 organisers. Entry fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferable, even in the case of event cancellation.

I agree that Ashby 20 can use my details to contact me and may share them with organisations associated with the race.

I agree and abide by the rules of UK Athletics and the event. I understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event. I understand Ashby 20 organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require.
